About SOSDOG

SOSDOG is an educational support group for people with a Certified Assistance Service Dog (CASD) and/or a Service Dog in Training (SDIT). Founded in 2005, our group's home base is in Sarasota, Florida.

Our Founder/Training Director is Linda Carter.

The mission of SOSDOG is to:

provide individuals, who want to train their own Assistance Service Dog to help them with their disability, with continuous training through

public access training classes

public outings

educational classes and meetings

private lessons

help educate the general public about Assistance Service Dogs through

group educational outings

demos, presentations, seminars and our website

provide our membership with a support group to help each other solve challenges that arise concerning our Assistance Service Dogs through
